Authentication Failures

Symptom​

  • 401 Unauthorized responses
  • "Invalid token" errors

Solutions​

1. Token expired​

Get a fresh token by signing out and back in.

2. Wrong Cognito pool​

Verify environment variables:

COGNITO_USER_POOL_ID=us-east-1_75Rp4zNBg
COGNITO_CLIENT_ID=<your-client-id>

3. Clock skew​

Ensure your system clock is accurate (JWT validation is time-sensitive).
